Make a banner or logo for the site and start advertising it in one of those anime/manga, naruto top sites w.e. It's dying and if you want more activity, that's the way to do it.

Half_Cat7 and myself advertised this site to www.abovetherest.invisionzone.com which is the forum site for a gaming community we belong to. Just FYI...
